Title: Family Practice Physician FLSA status: _ Exempt Personnel Supervised: N/A POSITION SUMMARY: Provide in-patient and out-patient comprehensive primary care services including preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as primary care consultation services to CFHC clinical staff and outside specialists who see CFHC patients. Board Eligible/Certified in Family Practice Licensure: Valid Florida License DEA Certificate Insurability (malpractice) Medical staff privileges at appropriate hospital if designated by CFHC.
