Your responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Excelling in all roles within the restaurant, from cashier to grill and prep.</li><li>Overseeing shifts, including opening and closing the store.</li><li>Ensuring food preparation standards are met, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.</li><li>Upholding company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance.</li><li>Motivating, coaching, and assisting in training crew members on operational tasks.</li><li>Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.</li><li>Training to progress towards Assistant Manager or General Manager roles.</li></ul><h3>What You Bring to the Table</h3><ul><li>Supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred</li><li>Previous experience in the restaurant industry. </li><li>Open availability during 11am-10pm, including weekends. </li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Basic business math, computer, and internet proficiency.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Adaptability in various situations.</li><li>Physical ability to stand for long periods in hot or cold temperatures and lift supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.</li></ul><p><em>Note: The above job description may be subject to change based on company needs and policies.</em></p><p><strong>Join us and become a valued member of a team that prioritizes growth, development, and delivering delicious burgers and fries to our customers!</strong></p><p><strong>This Five Guys Burgers & Fries store is part of Life's Food, a family-owned and operated franchisee with locations throughout NC, SC, & TN.
