High School Diploma and 10 years' experience in direct care or a Bachelor's Degree in health related field of counseling, psychology, social work, sociology or a behavioral science field with course work or experience in the area of cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Must be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the program, especially in regard to 24/7 programming, which entails a minimum of 40 hours a week, including a minimum of 1 week per month of 24 hour on-call, and on-site coverage during holidays with compensation of 9 additional holiday days per year.
