Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects Business Group – 2 departments (paint and body), the team consists of supervisors and group leaders and they manage a team of hourly people, this person will be responsible for managing throughput, safety, quality through these areas, they will train with one of the group leaders or a current hourly employee, they have some projects coming up and want these contractors to help run a group while other people are running these projects, these contractors will not actually be helping with the projects . Observe and support throughput management, including monitoring production flow, addressing constraints, and escalating issues appropriately.
