Reports To: Area Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and Co-Manager
FLSA Status: Part time Non-exempt
Job Purpose:
Shift Leaders need to ensure customer satisfaction by consistently providing good quality products in a timely fashion. Shift Leaders need to be available to work at least 25 hours per week and be able to work night shifts on the busier days (Friday, Saturday, Halloween, etc.) Must be 18 years old or older for this position because it requires opening/closing shifts.

Located in the Royal Gorge Region, Colorado (Ca on City), situated north of Westcliffe and east of Salida, Antithesis and the Royal Gorge Mansion are perfectly positioned at the mouth of the Royal Gorge Canyon on a pristine historic 4-acre property enclosed by a stunning circa-1880 iron fence with upwards of 80 trees, an historic fountain surrounded by cozy firepits, and beautifully maintained grounds. p>3+ years of culinary experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook and expediter. Maintain an appropriate cleaning schedule for kitchen floors, mats, walls, hoods, other equipment and food storage areas.
