Hendrick Toyota ApexLocation: 1210 Laura Village Dr, Apex, North Carolina 27523  Summary:  The Lube Technician is responsible for performing express lube duties on vehicles. Supervisory Responsibilities:  This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following:<ul><li>Adheres to express lube guidelines.</li><li>Performs lube, oil and filter changes by draining and replacing oil and filter, and lubricating all joints, including idler arm steering knuckles, tie rods ends and ball joints.</li><li>Reports all necessary repairs to service advisor.</li><li>Installs completed LOF reminder sticker in vehicle.</li><li>Checks battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid and power steering fluid levels and refills as needed.</li><li>Checks coolant level and refills as necessary.</li><li>Ensures that vehicle is clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints.</li><li>Checks fluid level prior to release of vehicle to ensure proper levels.</li><li>Maintains CSI at or above Company standards</li><li>Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area</li><li>Participates in required training</li><li>Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system     </li><li>Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.</li><li>Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values</li><li>Complies with Company policies and procedures</li><li>Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
