ResponsibilitiesProviding highly efficient and superior customer service, servers are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to dining guestsThey are responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, fulfilling requests, and other tasks to ensure the guests have the ideal dining experienceSet assigned tables, including placing glasses, condiment holders, flowers, and silverwareWelcome guests, present menus, and dining specials, and offer suggestions based on customer preferencesTake guest orders, accurately enter tickets into system, and coordinates with kitchen staff to clarify any special requestsStrive for finer points of service such as making sure that the water glasses are filled, the table is free from dirty dishes, etcServe all food and beverage items per established proceduresExecute cashiering responsibilities and deliver check to guestsAssist in bussing tables when necessaryArrive dressed in uniform. Hours of operationlunch: Mon-Sat 11am-3pmOccasional weekend special eventsBase pay $4.25 +tipsQualifications2 Years server/bartender/manager in dining experiencePossesses a commitment and eagerness to provide excellent customer serviceCurrent on sate and local alcohol server certifications as required by law.
