Financial & Project Oversight • Lead and develop a team of up to three finance or project accounting professionals • Oversee financial performance of jobs and projects, including revenue recognition, accruals, expense coding, billing, cost controls, and analytics • Ensure accurate financial reporting related to project costs, margins, and timelines • Monitor customer billings, open purchase orders, and expense trends. Operational Partnership • Partner with Operations, Project Management, Accounting, and Finance teams to understand project financial results and drivers • Serve as the primary financial liaison for project teams, addressing ad hoc financial questions and analysis • Perform causation-based variance analysis and communicate results to operational and finance leadership.
