We are seeking a qualified Care Group Administrator in our Aiken office. This candidate should be compassionate with excellent management skills to assist and manage our Care GroupsThis role would be in person in our local offices daily. This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those facing serious illness through holistic support, expert medical care,.Position Summary:The Care Group Administrator is a dynamic and experienced leader responsible for the strategic vision, operational excellence, and overall success of our care group preventing and reducing unnecessary ER visits and hospitalizations .This executive will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies. The Care Manager will foster a culture of compassion, collaboration, and continuous improvement, leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes for our patients and their families.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategic Leadership:
	<ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li>Develop current staff, ensuring staff retention, and staff fulfillment</li><li>Identify and pursue opportunities for program growth, innovation, and expansion of services to meet community needs.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes</li><li>Represent the organization externally as a thought leader</li></ul></li><li>Operational Management:
	<ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li>Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations for care groups ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.</li><li>Manage fiscal operations, including budget development, monitoring, and financial performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and other relevant accreditation bodies (e.g., Joint Commission).</li><li>Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote patient safety, quality of care, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Optimize resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and technology.</li></ul></li><li>Quality & Compliance:
	<ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li>Establish and maintain a robust quality improvement program, regularly monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Ensure adherence to all clinical practice guidelines and ethical standards.</li><li>Lead accreditation and regulatory survey preparation and response.</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous learning and evidence-based practice</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Team Leadership & Development:
	<ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li>Recruit, hire, train, and retain a highly skilled and compassionate team of palliative and hospice professionals.</li><li>Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for staff.</li><li>Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.</li></ul></li><li>Community & Stakeholder Engagement:
	<ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, referral sources, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to raise awareness of palliative and hospice services.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless patient transitions and coordinated care.</li></ul></li><li>Patient & Family Experience:
	<ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li>Champion a patient-centered approach to care, ensuring that the needs and preferences of patients and their families are at the forefront of all decision-making.</li><li>Monitor patient and family satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement.</li></ul></li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Master’s degree in nursing strongly preferred, substantial relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of advanced degree.</li><li>Experience:
	<ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience with at least 3 years in a senior management or executive role.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program development, financial management, and quality improvement within a healthcare setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing hospice and palliative care.</li></ul></li><li>Skills & Abilities:
	<ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets.</li><li>Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.</li><li>Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software and technology</li></ul></li></ul>
