A Day in the Life: The essential functions of this role are as follows: Evaluates cases to identify therapeutic treatment and service needs, for patients who may have experienced trauma or are impacted by severe mental illness. A robust, comprehensive program of leave policies covering a variety of employee needs, including but not limited to: 150 hours of paid New Parent Leave and up to eight weeks of paid Childbirth Recovery Leave for eligible mothers.

Essential functions: Evaluate students referred by staff and document legible assessment notes to include at a minimum reason for referral, presenting problem, history of present problem, mental status exam, diagnostic impression, and a clear treatment plan. Develop and implement a mental health program with emphasis on prevention, early detection, identification of mental health problems, short term counseling of manageable conditions and crisis intervention using employee assistance model.
