The physician in this role will have the opportunity to perform surgical procedures specializing in joint reconstruction, design and implement individualized treatment plans, encompassing preoperative and postoperative care, rehabilitation, and patient education, as well as:Manage approximately 24-28 pre-and post-op patients on clinic daysCollaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic and personalized careMaintain accurate, comprehensive medical records, documenting patient progress, surgical outcomes, and follow-up care plansUtilize EPIC EMR in all practice settingsParticipate in monthly total joint committee membership meetingsParticipate in light practice call (phone-based) with no hospital visits required.
