In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in developing and overseeing the security programs concerned with protecting the Cintas employee partners, properties, facilities, and physical assets at the corporate offices. You will inform/enforce company policies/rules, which may include apprehending or escorting trespassers. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing a safety plan for the complex, as well as assisting with safety related items throughout the field operations as needed.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>•    Oversee, implement and administer security programs that control access to the organization’s facilities and assets.<br/>•    Work directly with outside vendors or agencies on security related matters and manage security personnel as applicable.<br/>•    Continually evaluate security program, including processes and procedures, to identify improvement opportunities. Conduct regular patrols of company facilities, including exterior areas, to ensure safety and security. <br/>•    Documents/reports all incidents.<br/>•    Provide on-site support for situations, maintaining a security presence for any escalated issues. <br/>•    Provide oversight and support for access control and visitor management processes. <br/>•    Utilize and manage a combination of security equipment, including surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.</p><p> </p><p>Must be able to handle complex issues and problems in a calm, professional manner, while ensuring the safety and security of the site and all parties involved. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10px 0px;border:1px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1em;margin:0px">Skills/Qualifications</h2></div><div><p>Required:<br/>•    Must possess and maintain a current Ohio Private Investigator Security Guard Services certification with firearm-bearer endorsement, Ohio Law Enforcement active commission, or current LEOSA/H.R. 218 credentials.<br/>•    High School Diploma/GED required.<br/>•    Minimum of 10 years’ experience in law enforcement, security, military or a related field.<br/>•    Required to maintain certification for AED/CPR and First Aid (Cintas can provide).<br/>•    Must have a valid driver’s license.<br/>•    If prior military service, must have received an honorable discharge.<br/>•    Experience in access control and CCTV.<br/>•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).<br/>•    Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time, ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and ability to ascend and descend stairs frequently.<br/>•    Proficiency in self-defense and de-escalation skills/tactics.<br/>•    Possess strong communication and customer service skills.<br/>•    Ability to remain calm in stressful or emergency situations.<br/> </p><p>Preferred:<br/>•    Current Law Enforcement certification or recent separation.</p></div></div></div><p> </p><p>Benefits<br/>Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
