The ideal candidate would have extensive experience providing environmental consulting services to TDOT and other Tennessee and state-adjacent clients, and interest in joining a national staff of 80 NEPA practitioners, environmental scientists, archaeologists, historians, engineers, and designers to lead exciting and complex projects for TDOT, other Departments of Transportation, Federal agencies, and local clients. Reports to JMT’s local Office Manager but works closely with the N&CR Practice Leader, Director of Transportation NEPA, Cultural Resources Manager, and other Section Heads to grow N&CR’s and JMT’s client base in Tennessee, adjacent states, and beyond.
