JOB FUNCTION: Under direction of higher-level Environmental Scientists responsible for air quality programs, provides regulatory and technical expertise, develops, implements, and manages environmental programs, and provides project management and program management in support of the environmental compliance and permitting programs of Hawaiian Electric, Maui Electric, and Hawaii Electric Light.
