p>Essential Functions Installs, programs, tests, repairs, replaces, and maintains a variety of electrical fixtures, systems, equipment, and related components, such as variable frequency drives, soft and electromagnetic starters, electrical motors and relays, timers, counters, solenoids, actuators, complete machine control cabinets, reference circuits, electrical wiring, conduits, feeders, case assemblies, lighting fixtures, power supply systems, and other fixtures, systems, equipment and components. Performs general cleaning and maintenance tasks necessary to keep equipment and tools in operable condition: inspects equipment; checks diagnostics; replaces parts; washes and cleans equipment; cleans shop and work areas; monitors equipment operations to maintain efficiency and safety; and reports faulty equipment.
