Position Summary / Career Interest:

The Integrated Nursing Case Manager, under the direction of the Director/Manager of Case Management, provides care/service safely and efficiently for a full range of services to patients of all ages and their families.

The RN Case Manager coordinates the care and service of selected patient populations across the continuum of illness; promotes effective utilization and monitoring of health care resources; and guides all disciplines toward positive quality outcomes.

This role partners closely with business development, marketing, estimating, project management, design partners, and senior leadership to develop compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate the company’s ability to deliver successful projects. This role is responsible for guiding the preconstruction team through the pursuit phase, delivering accurate cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments that position the company competitively while remaining realistic and executable.

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the construction project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff and other duties required to execute EPC, Construction Management, Construction, and Program Management projects. The Construction Project Manager supports the Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) Project Manager or Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations from pre-construction through project completion and warranty periods.

Documentation includes: initial contact note and follow-up action plan, psychosocial assessment of patient/family including previous living situations, daily telephone calls and meetings with significant others and allied professionals, all family and/or discharge planning conferences and response to orders within 24 working hours.
