Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device setup, licensing and subscription management; Administer identity and access management using systems (e.g., OneLogin, Entra ID) Maintain MacOS device management using MDM solutions (e.g., JAMF, Intune or equivalent). The role also supports Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom/Teams/WebEx, Slack), provides user training, and troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, and meeting room AV systems.
