Preferred Qualifications: • Fellowship training in Geriatrics • Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric populations • Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model • Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes • Experience in outpatient primary care settings • Bilingual proficiency where applicable.
