With Vituity, if you ever need to move, you can take your job with you.   The Opportunity <ul><li> Clinical shifts are required. </li><li> Expected administrator hours per month is 15-20. </li><li> No experience as EMS Medical Director needed, but must be interested in EMS and willing to learn. </li><li> You will be mentored by the system EMS medical director who has 13+ years’ experience with EMS medical direction and paramedic EMS chief with 30+ years of EMS experience. </li><li> Communicate and promote Vituity’s mission, vision, values, culture, and strategy. </li><li> Ensure accurate and compliant EMS medical protocols. </li><li> Position is over a combination volunteer and career fire and EMS department under the sponsorship of Ascension St Vincent Evansville. Average total run volume 1600 runs per year with annual growth. </li></ul>  Required Experience and Competencies <ul><li> Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency through an accredited residency program required. </li><li> Superior clinical skills in order to serve as role model by setting high standards. </li><li> Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to motivate physicians and APs, work successfully with a diversity of people and locations, maintain good working relationships.
