Manage day-to-day program operations including direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare coordination, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, safety, and maintenance of the physical environment. You will manage a caseload of up to 30–35 individuals and travel regularly to group homes, ISS programs, host home providers’ residences, and day program locations.
