Supervise and evaluate staff, implement district policies and school improvement plans, oversee curriculum and instructional practices, manage budgets and resources, support student discipline and restorative practices, respond to crises, and foster strong partnerships with families and the community. Martinsville High School Athletic Director oversees all aspects of the schools athletic programs, including but not limited to budgets, schedules, contracts, hiring of coaches, compliance with IHSAA/Mid State policies, and maintaining facilities.
