As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in creating clean, safe, and welcoming homes by responding to maintenance requests, preparing apartments for move-ins, and keeping our communities looking sharp. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physically active tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, walking stairs, and standing for extended periods.
