Requirements: * Bachelor degree (required) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * HR certification (PHR, SHRM CP) or progress toward advanced HR credentials, preferred * 6+ years of progressive, tactical HR experience (HR generalist, employee relations, recruiting, or similar), with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. The ideal candidate brings at least six years of hands on HR experience (employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, personnel law) and is ready to collaborate with leaders to advance people strategy, workforce planning, engagement, and performance initiatives at the site level.
