Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the following based on qualifications and/or skills: Electrical equipment including installation, replacement or repair of light fixtures, outlets, switches, electric lighting, ballasts, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools. General building maintenance (i.e., build, install, and/or modify campus workspaces, hang doors, fix locks and handles, move equipment and furnishings) to accommodate user needs and maximize space using various hand, power, and specialty tools, dollies, and hand trucks.
