Instructors are expected to attend orientation/trainings, submit course syllabus, order textbooks or other reading materials, provide developmentally meaningful feedback, present engaging and diverse learning experiences, respond to students in a timely manner, communicate regularly with designated course chair, maintain collegial and respectful relations with members of the UofL community and external stakeholders, submit course data and final grades within university deadlines, and comply with other requests as a part-time lecturer. No employee or applicant for employment is required to endorse or condemn a specific ideology, political viewpoint, or social viewpoint to be eligible for hiring, contract renewal, tenure, or promotion.
