p>Machine Operation & Production Operate offline die cutter machines including blanking capability safely and efficiently Perform make-ready setups, die adjustments, and registration for pressure and cutting accuracy Troubleshoot machine issues, clear jams, and make real-time adjustments to maintain speed and quality Ensure efficient loading, unloading, and rapid make-ready for optimal productivity Oversee and guide general technicians working on equipment. High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of offline die cutting experience in the folding carton industry Experience operating die cutters with blanking capability Ability to perform make-readies, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects Basic math skills, percentages, weights, measurements Basic computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned.
