Processes incoming purchase orders accurately and efficiently to includes accurate and thorough contract review including quality clauses, account setup and maintenance, coordinating wire procurement, quotations, checks & signs, and expedites, scheduling to provide accurate order acknowledgement dates, resolving order discrepancies before order processing as well as post order issues, keeping records of customer interactions and file documents for support of order processing.
