Maintenance Mechanic JLLMaintenance MechanicBoulder, COWhat this job involves: The Maintenance Mechanic has wide ranging responsibilities for the electrical and mechanical systems at the assigned buildings; including but not limited to the following: Performs service requests, ensuring that work is executed professionally, efficiently and with minimum amount of disruption to the client. Completes general maintenance tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, plumbing repairs, change light bulbs / ballasts, hang pictures, install keyboard trays, repair office furniture systems as assigned.
