Special Credits Control Officer III (Category 10) requires twelve months tenure in the Special Credits Control Officer II (Category 11) position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations for proficiency and efficiency in collection of past due financial obligations and problem solving capacity of adverse situations involving members and their account relationships. Analyze and recommend to supervisors, when appropriate, adverse actions on accounts to include, but not limited to, repossessions, closure of credit limits, blocks on credit and debit cards, legal actions and account codes to alert other credit union departments of potential losses.
