Clear and reconcile all intercompany transactions with Corporate, including legal expenses, wire fundings, bank deposits, insurance and benefit allocations, marketing and advertising costs paid on behalf of the division, professional services, phone and data processing costs, and division-level corporate allocations. Serve as the primary owner of Sales journal entries and the HUD/Cost of Sales (COS) process; perform initial review for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company policy, coordinate with DUP, ensure all closed homes are recorded monthly, and confirm lot accruals are booked for lot financial analysis reporting.
