Control Center Operator is an unarmed role responsible for protecting the State of Michigan's buildings, grounds, assets, employees, and visitors against criminal activity, accidents, fires, and natural disasters, as well as providing outstanding customer service. Must not have been convicted of any misdemeanors related to dishonesty, fraud, impersonation of law enforcement, assault, weapons, unauthorized sale of information or evidence, controlled substances (including for marijuana), or two or more alcohol related offenses, per MCL 338.1060 §10(1)(c).
