SUMMARY: The Manager of Contracts is responsible for the administration, negotiation, execution, and compliance management of commercial, aerospace, defense, and industrial customer contracts across multiple business units within RBC Bearings.

Responsibilities of this position include working with government agency construction programs, coordinating multiple concurrent projects and tasks through the JOC procurement lifecycle, being responsive and communicative to the needs of our clients, and maintaining excellent user experiences.
What You Will Do: As the Senior Manager, GTF Repair Contracts & Commercial Strategy, you will serve as P&W's primary interface during GTF Repair Sourcing activities and be accountable for both strategy and execution aligned to growing AMO's repair business through successful bid awards.
