Skillfully use field knowledge combined with the necessary tools, equipment, meters, and computers to install, operate, and/or adjust pneumatic and digital automation and control system controllers with their associated components (sensors, actuators, relays, transducers, variable frequency drives, controllers, etc.) both connected to a network or "stand alone" for, but not limited to, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); heating hot water; chilled water; steam; etc. to maintain an energy efficient, safe, and comfortable environment in laboratories, offices, classrooms, etc. Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and four years of HVAC, Chiller, and/or Electrical Experience and one year of appropriate experience in the procedures and methods for installing, repairing, and maintaining building automation systems (BAS), and accessories; appropriate vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
