SUMMARY: The Safety and Security Officer (SSO) will provide the necessary leadership, coordination and oversight to develop, implement, and maintain the District safety and security plan and other safety and security related functions within the school district ensuring a safe and secure educational environment to promote academic success. The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: Ability to regularly walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, and pull.
