In this Energy Efficiency role, you will support delivery of Eversource’s Residential Home Energy Performance Program (HEP) and Residential New Construction (RNC) programs, helping customers adopt energy-efficient solutions through a collaborative, statewide approach.

This position plays a key role in helping customers and market partners realize the benefits of energy efficiency, including improved affordability, enhanced building performance, and market transformation.

Seek out customers to ensure they have a fantastic beauty advisor experience through personalized sales service based on customer needs, effective upselling and suggestive selling, as well as subsequent follow-up contact to build lasting relationships. As the primary beauty advisor to our customers, you will provide friendly, knowledgeable sales service to every client who enters the store's beauty zone and strive to build a personalized, robust basket for each customer.

The Staff Cost Consultant leads quality control reviews and maintains relationships with project personnel, particularly with individual discipline group leaders and engineers and provides technical direction to assigned personnel, when delegated.
