li>Process employee system changes in Workday and related systems, including new hires, terminations, job changes, promotions, compensation changes, deduction changes, manager/department/location changes, restructures, and other employee lifecycle transactions; review requests for accuracy, completeness, supporting documentation, payroll or compliance impact, and required approvals before processing.
Maintain and enhance HRIS configuration, including but not limited to business processes, feature adoption, employee data fields, supervisory organizations, payroll-related setup, absence and time-related data elements, reports, integrations, security/access considerations, and other approved system changes.
