Knowledge and skill in the safe and proper use of cleaning equipment, maintenance tools, chemicals, disinfecting methods, waste handling, grounds maintenance equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy objects, bending, climbing, reaching, repetitive motions, and other related duties as assigned.
