Key Responsibilities: IP Protection: Handle IP protection and infringement matters, such as trademark registrations, copyright and trademark enforcement matters, pre-litigation and litigation in France and abroad, and more generally contribute in a meaningful way to the company's global IP portfolio and protection of its brands, products and content.
