Responsibilities:Leads the credit analysis process with the support of other analysts and associatesPartners with Credit Officers, Relationship Management, and Risk teammates to understand structuring needs and requirementsMonitors operating performance and financial condition, proactively identifying issues and opportunitiesAssists in delivery of financial modeling, loan structure, industry, economic, and other analyses to team members to support the loan decision-making processReviews work of junior teammates to provide feedback/coaching and ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations and policy procedureMay have primary coverage responsibility for a portfolio of clients with credit approval for certain credit actionsParticipate in loan structure conversations and completion of loan documentation with internal/external legal partnersExecutes post‑close credit activities, including documenting conditions, administering approved extensions, and coordinating related legal documentationPerforms comprehensive portfolio monitoring and maintenance activities, including covenant compliance, construction and collateral reviews, financial and guarantor analysis, and ongoing risk assessmentContributes to process improvement and simplification initiatives to enhance portfolio oversight, credit execution, and operational efficiencyRequired Qualifications: 5+ years commercial credit financial analysis and portfolio management experience5+ years of financial accounting, financial modeling or loan structuring.
