Each faculty member is required to maintain established appointment rank, according to appointment and promotion criteria, and the three pillars of nursing education: teaching, scholarship, and service. In addition, faculty are required to complete eight (8) hours of student mentorship per trimester, assist with student advising, and participate in faculty governance and committee work.
