Bachelor’s degree in the field of Human Services; or Associates Degree and two years of related work or life experience in providing human services; or a High School diploma and five years related work or life experience in providing human services, or possess a relevant credential, such as Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, bachelor’s degree in social work, certified rehabilitation counselor, certified alcohol and drug counselor, bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation, or a bachelor of science in nursing. Responsible for providing daily structure and outpatient groups which include but are not limited to supervision and assistance with daily living skills, anger management, mental health issues, current events, cooking skills, supportive counseling, health and exercise issues, symptom management, medication management, life skills, expressive arts, and relationships.
