POSITION SUMMARY Demonstrating a willingness and capability to abide by Athletic Department Eureka College and the National Collegiate Athletic Association rules, the Head Coach is responsible for the daily functioning of their team, which includes planning, organizing, instructing, directing, and managing a program exemplified by integrity. ā¢ Serve as an educational practitioner promoting lifetime wellness among student-athletes with a focus on the student-athlete as a whole person and encourage the development of psychological, social, mental, and learning skills necessary for student athletes to be successful in the classroom and in the playing environment.
