Hands-on coaching on the floor to key product roles – Product Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master and Scrum teams including but not limited to practices such as demand gathering, prioritization, product roadmaps, defining epics/features, authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, release planning, sprint planning, measuring agile metrics, and drive continuous improvement of team performance. • Directly influence leadership (up to executive levels) and their teams throughout DTS (infrastructure, applications teams, business partners, Strategy/Innovation/Architecture, Cyber Security and Assurance) and business to drive adoption of Product and Agile thinking.
