Key Responsibilities • Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations • Develop and implement treatment plans and brief interventions • Provide universal developmental screening • Support caregivers with attachment, self-regulation, and parenting guidance • Participate in team-based well-child visits • Collaborate with pediatric providers and care teams • Coordinate referrals and community resources • Maintain EMR documentation and Healthy Steps fidelity metrics • Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field DC license or license-eligible (LICSW, LGSW, LPC, LGPC, PhD) 1-3 years of experience with infants, young children, and families preferred Experience in early childhood development and/or infant mental health preferred Experience serving underserved communities preferred.
