Provides oversight of routine departmental functions which includes assessment of staff resources and productivity, assuring appropriate care is provided based on specific patient needs and staff abilities, maximizing referral acceptance. The Manager will enhance, implement, and oversee a strategy and process that is data-driven, evidence-based, team-oriented, patient-centered, and collaborative with Medical Staff, with the objective of improving the outcomes of patient care delivery and reducing costs.
