Performs job planning, preparation of tools & equipment, mobilization, job execution and submits all job-related data, not limited to job reports, WPTS data entry, observation cards while on-site, service tickets or logs with the required signatory, and any other documents required to successfully invoice the client within an acceptable time. · Supervisors are expected to actively engaging their employees to support talent management through Weatherford’s performance management process, including but not limited to talent assessments, succession planning & regular coaching opportunities.
