Lead planning, design, and construction of sewer capital improvement projects • Coordinate with operations, contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies • Oversee system improvements including lift stations, septic elimination, and inflow reduction • Supervise staff, assign work, and ensure quality and progress across projects • Develop budgets, track expenditures, and support long-term system planning. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related ABET-accredited program • Seven (7) years of relevant engineering experience • Strong experience in infrastructure or utility project delivery.
