Specifically, the Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 will: Within scope of license, provides behavioral health services for assigned caseload of youth at Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility (e.g., assessments; treatment planning; individual, group, and/or family interventions/session; crisis intervention); provides liaison services (e.g., with family, regional office, juvenile parole officers, release authority, school, courts, and other community support services). Represents Behavioral Healthcare Services on Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IDT); coordinates presence/participation of all team members (e.g., parents/guardians, parole officers, appropriate facility staff); gathers necessary documentation and reports; participates in case staffing; documents clinical summary of meeting; establishes and maintains working relationship with other facilities, agencies, and support services.
