| Job Description: | The Student Counseling Spec II (Working Title: Clinical Case Manager) at the University of Florida Counseling and Wellness Center (CWC) and Student Health Care Center (SHCC) serves as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering brief, population-focused, primary care–oriented behavioral health services with an emphasis on clinical case management across the full continuum of student need. The Student Counseling Spec II (Working Title: Clinical Case Manager) at the University of Florida Counseling and Wellness Center (CWC) and Student Health Care Center (SHCC) serves as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering brief, population-focused, primary care–oriented behavioral health services with an emphasis on clinical case management across the full continuum of student need. MHRC also operates eight Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) programs for adults with severe and persistent mental illness, located in Clearwater, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Kissimmee, Rockledge, Tampa, and Winter Haven, as well as a FACT Lite program providing Linking, Advocating, Treating, Transitioning, Empowering & Recovery Support (LATTERS) services in Jacksonville. |
