We are seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Memphis and surrounding communities to include but not limited to Collierville as well as Southhaven, MS, and Olive Branch MS.A Field Case Manager role is a field / home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way (4 hours round trip), to doctors' offices, hospitals, and various other locations.
